Keys To Communicate, located in Metuchen, NJ, is a multidisciplinary therapy practice offering in-person and remote services to clients of all ages from young children through adulthood throughout New Jersey. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, and social opportunities tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

Our dedicated team is passionate about delivering functional and personalized therapy services, while building strong, supportive relationships with our clients and their families. Our mission is to make therapy accessible to underserved populations, including children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual, neurologic, and developmental differences.

Keys to Communicate offers a variety of ways to receive therapy! We provide in-person, community-based and Telehealth options.
Our speech therapy practice, located in Metuchen, NJ, specializes in treating those with difficulty with communication and social skills. That means you will receive the highest quality therapy because this is what we focus on.
Individualized & Functional Sessions
All therapy is personally relevant and functional to the client. We use tools, techniques, and strategies that work and generalize to everyday life!

Thursdays:

12:00–1:00 PM | Business Entrepreneurism Group
Develop practical skills in entrepreneurship, explore business ideas, and build confidence in a supportive, hands-on setting. -
1:00–2:00 PM | Lunch Bunch
A relaxed social group for connection, conversation, and community building over lunch. -
2:00–3:00 PM | Life Skills
Strengthen everyday skills, independence, and problem-solving through interactive, real-world activities.

Wednesdays at 10:30 AM | Art Club
A creative, inclusive space for self-expression and exploration. Participants engage in a variety of guided and open-ended projects—painting, drawing, sculpting, or crafting—focusing on fun, sharing ideas, and building confidence through creativity.
Adults Who Are College or Work-Bound (Ages 18+)
Thursdays | 6:30–7:30 PM

Social Club
A supportive social group for adults navigating college, job training, or entering the workforce. Each session blends structured conversation, peer connection, and fun office-based or community activities. Participants build confidence, share experiences, foster friendships, and stay socially engaged while balancing school, work, or career exploration.
